Eleven Eleven Brewing Company is seeking a hands-on, high-energy Taproom Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the customer experience, and help shape the heartbeat of our taproom. If you’re passionate about craft beer and building a vibrant community, we want to meet you.
About the Role
As Taproom Manager, you’ll be one of the primary faces of the brewery. You’ll run the floor, lead a team of both full and part-time beer tenders and kitchen staff, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the spirit of Eleven Eleven: fun, community-focused, and family friendly. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day taproom operations from open to close
- Lead and manage a team of 6–10 front and back-of-house staff
- Handle scheduling, training, and team development
- Manage beer and merchandise inventory and ordering
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food service runs smoothly
- Maintain a clean, compliant, and welcoming space
- Represent the Eleven Eleven brand on the floor—solve problems, interact with guests, and build a remarkable community experience
- Support and optimize systems for POS, events, and promotions
- Help execute weekly events (trivia, live music, etc.) and plan new ideas
You Might Be a Great Fit If You…
- Have 3+ years experience in taproom/brewery/bar management
