Your Impact
You will act as a trusted partner at the intersection of Tax, Technology, and Business, helping to ensure that tax requirements are understood, prioritized, and effectively implemented across the organization. Through collaboration, credibility, and a solution-oriented approach, you will contribute to the continuous development of our global tax technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Drive the continuous optimization, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA tax-related processes and system functionalities, ensuring stable and efficient operations across the global tax landscape.
- Collaborate with Tax, Finance, IT and other business functions to streamline tax processes, and establish efficient end-to-end data flows
- Develop and maintain tax-relevant system configurations, controls, and user access protocols.
- Collect, structure, validate, and analyze tax-relevant data from various systems and sources, translating datasets into reports
- Support global tax reporting requirements (e.g., Pillar II, Transfer Pricing, CbCR) through technology-driven solutions.
- Manage tax data architecture and ensure consistency, accuracy, and audit readiness.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on tax technology infrastructure.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service providers and other third-party stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Tax, Finance, Business Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Tax Technology, tax reporting, or ERP-based tax processes within an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related tax processes; experience with ONESOURCE, CCH® Tagetik, or similar solutions is an advantage.
- Experience in optimizing and supporting tax technology solutions, interfaces, and data flows.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive tax-related requirements across functions.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, reporting, and translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
