Role Responsibilities include:
* Direct collaboration with the classroom - Special Education Teacher to plan and implement designated curriculum
* Set up and preparation of learning materials
* curriculum differentiation and individualization in alignment with student skill abilities and needs
*Assisting of students to complete toileting and other ADL's
* Behavioral Intervention
* Maintenance of the classroom environment to elicit maximal learning opportunities while maintaining a safe educational space for all students
*Assisting of students to facilitate developmental and educational skill acquisition
* Compliance with all agency , OCFS and NYSED regulations/guidelines

- Desired schedule of availability: M-F, 6.0-7.5 hours daily in alignment with the Special Education program hours (following the School Calendar of the Albany City School District)

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.00 – 35.00 per week
