- School Age Teacher (Must be willing to drive van/minibus)

Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages learning and growth.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through standardized testing and other assessment methods.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative educational experience.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline while promoting respect and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and share best practices.
- Provide support for students with diverse learning needs, ensuring all students have equal opportunities to succeed.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching methods and educational trends.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a preschool, daycare, or private school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures is an advantage.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching are essential qualities for success
