Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our educators in creating a nurturing and effective learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and will be instrumental in implementing educational activities that promote childhood development.
Duties
- Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons and educational activities tailored to the needs of each child.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes social skills, emotional growth, and academic success.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed.
Requirements
- Experience working with children, particularly in childcare or educational settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- A genuine passion for educating young learners and supporting their developmental needs.
