Co. is a plastic injection molding manuf.
2nd Shift: 4pm - 12am (one hour lunch), 40 hrs per week
Pay Rate: up to $26/hr, based on exp.
Required:
Must have experience in plastic injection molding
Must have min. 3 yrs Supervisory exp.
Must have hands on experience with setting up processes on injection molding machines.
Duties:
Directly supervise 15-20 employees in the production area. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolve problems.
Education
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Permanent position - Contract to Hire
