Lead Installer
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team of installers in custom designed closets, garages, pantries, etc.
- Promote teamwork and operational excellence.
- Review planned activities and communicate appropriately with the client.
- Prep jobsite for installation as required. Stage and set up materials and tools at jobsite.
- Ensure the team shows professionalism and customer service on the jobs.
Required skills and abilities:
- Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in the closet industry, cabinet installations and/or trim carpentry LEADING and SUPERVISING a team of Installers.
- Installation:
o Read installation drawings, blueprints and other job specifications.
o Use necessary tools including power driver, table or radial arm saw, and chop saw.
- Planning and organization:
o Complete timesheet and other required paperwork on a timely basis.
o Ensure correct materials are ready at warehouse prior to moving to jobsite.
- Time management:
o Ensure jobs are concluded within allotted time including clean up.
- Verbal communication:
o Share necessary details with client to fulfill BRAND’s promise.

Certificates, licenses, registrations
- Valid driver’s license
- Complete background check
- English speaking
Physical Demands
- Heavy lifting (80 pounds), moving, unloading, etc. is required.
- Bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, crouching and crawling is required.
Compensation
- Compensation is based mostly based on commission with additional hourly rate pay for miscellaneous non-revenue generating functions (i.e. go-backs/repairs/training).
- Year-end bonus of 1 - 2.5% of Annual Compensation based on Company performance.
- Estimated annual compensation range from $75,000 to $100,000+
