We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Team Leader Trainee to join our growing team in Austin, TX. The selected candidate will work closely with senior leaders to gain hands-on experience and prepare for a future leadership position within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily team operations and project goals
Support and motivate team members to achieve performance benchmarks
Participate in planning, organizing, and delegating tasks
Analyze team metrics and contribute to performance improvement strategies
Lead small team initiatives with guidance from senior leadership
