What will you be doing?
- Complete a two year rotation in the Operations department. Building up knowledge of electronic assemblies from basic to complex.
- Attend college for 3 hours two times per week for two years (minimum requirement, can complete advanced courses as per career path) and complete all necessary course work/exams
- Work through a two year rotation
- Shadow a trainer to learn production build
- Complete designated production build with oversight
- Complete designated production build on own
- Maintain quality standards
- Adhere to health and safety requirements
- Uphold the Company values
- Be on time and reliable
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent
