We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our globally deployed mobile applications. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, designers, and product teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and scalable delivery of customer-facing digital products.
JOB DUTIES:
- Define and execute a unified digital strategy for mobile applications.
- Drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Provide architectural guidance for mobile applications in alignment with overall architecture
- Review and contribute to code to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in UX, accessibility, SEO, and security.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical plans and requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks early, resolving blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with UX, marketing, and development partners to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Ensure alignment of business and technical goals through clear communication and documentation.
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively seek improvements.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile app and/or web development and delivery.
- Proven experience managing cross-platform digital projects
- Proficiency in mobile frameworks (iOS/Android), front-end and back-end web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js).
WE VALUE:
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps workflows.
- Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
- Passion for UX and customer-centric design
- Prior experience in code level development of web applications
