Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Duties
- Unload goods from the delivery truck, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Drive delivery trucks or vans to deliver product to retail accounts
- Delivering product and merchandising stores, rotating product, building displays, following Sales Reps directions
- Build strong relationships with retailers by delivering products in a timely and efficient manner and rotating product as necessary to ensure freshness
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring that all items are transported securely.
- Utilize a pallet jack when necessary for moving larger or heavier items.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered during transport.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a courier role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have valid Class C drivers license with clean driving record.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation skills is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience operating commercial vehicles is a plus, including knowledge of safety protocols related to driving and handling goods.

Details
- Work Schedule is Tuesday thru Friday, 10 hour shifts with 5am start time
- 40 Hours guaranteed and OT is available.
