As a Technical Implementations Associate, you are the cornerstone of our client SaaS implementation efforts, leading a talented group of engineers to build, refine, and optimize our cloud-based AI powered search tools as well as CRM, Marketing automation and data analytics tool. With you at the helm, we will continue to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients, helping them achieve their goals with cutting-edge technology.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead End-to-End SaaS Implementations - Own the full lifecycle of client implementation for iSeek.ai’s cloud-based AI solutions—including search, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
Impact: Deliver seamless, scalable deployments that accelerate time-to-value and drive measurable client outcomes.
- Act as Primary Client Liaison - Serve as the central point of contact between clients and internal engineering teams, translating needs into actionable plans and solutions.
Impact: Build strong partnerships, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded throughout every project phase.
- Drive Agile Project Execution - Develop and maintain project roadmaps, manage scope, coordinate daily operations, and apply agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
Impact: Increase project efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure successful, on-budget implementations.
- Gather and Analyze Business Requirements - Conduct onboarding meetings with clients and dig in when gathering detailed requirements to ensure the platform is tailored to end-user needs and business goals.
Impact: Ensure each implementation delivers maximum relevance and usability, increasing client satisfaction and engagement.
- Perform Quality Assurance and Training - Test all deliverables prior to client review and provide comprehensive training and documentation to empower users.
Impact: Improve user adoption and confidence in the platform, ensuring long-term value and usage.
- Monitor and Report Progress - Produce clear status updates, milestone reports, and risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
Impact: Maintain stakeholder alignment, transparency, and trust across internal and external teams.
- Advocate for Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with Product Owners and other departments to relay feedback and influence future platform enhancements.
Impact: Contribute to a product that evolves with user needs and stays ahead of industry trends.
- Analytical, Creative Thinking, and Curiosity - While these seem like buzz words, we are looking for someone who gets excited to make a difference.
Impact: Suggesting and implementing internal solutions around area's of opportunity for improvement you've identified or for customers designing their ideal solutions.
You need these qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Genuine curiosity about clients goal when leveraging AI in their systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Experience managing software development or implementation projects.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementations.
It would be nice if:
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with Data or Business Analytics solutions preferred.
- Experience with Jira preferred.
