Technical Lead
Location: Remote with limited onsite visits possible
Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position contingent on contract award
About the Role:
The Technical Lead will be responsible for development, performance tuning, and integration management across Oracle Cloud systems. This position supports Oracle Fusion applications and the County’s existing OIC middleware and custom tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Oracle Cloud technical components and APIs
- Troubleshoot issues in integrations, extensions, and reporting layers
- Collaborate with functional SMEs and architects to deliver scalable solutions
- Optimize application performance and maintain audit readiness
- Support Oracle Visual Builder, Java Cloud, and OIC platforms
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Software Engineering or related field
- Oracle Cloud Developer certifications preferred
- 10+ years in Oracle Cloud technical development
- Deep expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, Java Cloud, ATP, and scripting
