As a Technical Product Owner (m/f/d), you'll play a key role in turning customer needs and business priorities into innovative digital capabilities. Working closely with software development teams, service experts, and stakeholders across the globe, you'll influence product direction, drive continuous improvements, and ensure solutions deliver real value for users. Your work will directly support the growth and digital transformation of our Lifecycle Services business. This position can be based in Madrid (Spain), Guntramsdorf (Austria), Offenbach (Germany), or Helsinki (Finland), offering the opportunity to collaborate with international teams and customers worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the product backlog and technical roadmap for Drives Lifecycle Services digital solutions, ensuring development priorities align with customer needs, business goals, and the Lifecycle Services strategy
  • Partner with customers, service teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear user stories, technical specifications, and scalable digital solutions
  • Work closely with software development teams using Agile/Scrum ways of working, driving backlog refinement, sprint planning, and the successful delivery of new features and improvements
  • Lead release planning and deployment activities, ensuring new capabilities are tested, documented, and ready for global adoption
  • Drive collaboration across functions while supporting cybersecurity, governance, data privacy, and quality standards to ensure secure and reliable digital products

What We're Looking For

  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • A few years of practical experience in product or software development or in product/project management
  • Experience leading teams or projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect technical and business perspectives
  • Fluent English skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in international teams; additional language skills in Spanish or Finnish are a plus
