1. Objetivo del Puesto
Panificación, decoración, presentación, capacitación y asesoría de productos de las principales categorías de panadería con cliente (compras), tiendas e internamente, conocimiento de conceptos de panadería.
2. Responsabilidades Principales
- Panificar y decorar productos de línea, nuevos, de temporada, para presentaciones internas y externas.
- Capacitar y asesorar a clientes de Supermarket, a fin de asegurar el uso correcto de los productos
- Apoyar el desarrollo e innovación de productos
- Participar y dar soporte en exposiciones, eventos masivos y proyectos en los que la empresa participe.
- Seguimiento continuo en la implementación de planes de trabajo que aseguren la calidad en la manipulación de nuestros productos
- Generar información en tiempo y forma
3. Requisitos del Perfil
- Formación: Secundaria, preparatoria, carrera técnica o Licenciatura (trunca o terminada) en Gastronomía, Artes culinarias o carrera afín.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 a 3 años en manipulación y procesos en batidos, masas, congelados y coberturas/decorados
- Habilidades Técnicas: Office básico- Intermedio.
4. Competencias Clave
- Creatividad, Actitud de servicio, trabajo en equipo y comunicación persuasiva para presentar beneficios del producto de manera clara y confiable.
