Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of technicians
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks such as repairing and maintaining equipment, systems, and structures
- Fabricate and install parts and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and logic controllers
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and schedule maintenance tasks
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar technician role
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics
- Experience with facilities maintenance and repair
- Leadership skills to effectively supervise a team of technicians
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise a team of technicians
- Proficient in facilities maintenance tasks such as welding, electrical repairs, and equipment installation
- Knowledge of logic controllers and ability to troubleshoot electrical systems
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders and scheduling maintenance tasks
-ASE Certifications preferred
