Spurwink Services is seeking a temporary Medical Records Clerk to work on a project to archive eligible paper records at our corporate office in Portland. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with computer systems with the ability to multi-task. Compliance with state and federal laws reflected in the agency's policies is critical to this position. This is a Monday-Friday 24-40 hour a week in-office position. Specific hours and days can be flexible.
DUTIES:
Process stored records. Determine the appropriate disposition for the record and scan or destroy as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate Degree or equivalent. Relevant work experience (i.e., secretarial, computer management, office management, records management, direct care) preferred.
