Description
At Nevada Heart and Vascular Center (NHVC) The Temporary Practice Integration Manager, under the direction of the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations, is responsible for the short-term integration of Dr. Thomas Lambert and his staff into Nevada Heart & Vascular Center (NHVC). This role is designed as a project management function focused on ensuring a smooth transition of staff, systems, and workflows. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations, the Integration Manager will coordinate transitional activities across departments, serve as the primary liaison with Dr. Lambert during the first phase, and ensure that all key operational, clinical, and administrative processes are successfully aligned with NHVC standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of five years in increasingly responsible positions.
• General computer skills with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and all levels of management.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
· Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight timelines.
· Proven ability to liaise between physicians, staff, and leadership with tact and professionalism.
· Experience in healthcare operations, practice management, or revenue cycle preferred.
· Familiarity with AthenaOne or similar EHR/PM systems strongly preferred.
· Ability to quickly learn and document workflows across clinical and administrative functions.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to engage staff and build confidence during transition.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and accountability in data and process integration.
· Comfortable in a temporary, high-intensity role with defined deliverables and an end date.
