Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee our sales operations within Kansas, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing existing customer relationships, establishing new customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of our sales strategy. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise, exceptional customer service skills, a deep motivation to drive sales, to successfully engage with clients and meet their needs.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue lead generation opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Manage territory effectively by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Conduct technical sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and territory management.
- Strong technical sales acumen with the ability to understand a wide variety products.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends for informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including upselling and negotiation strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients at all levels.

Pay: $73,401.00 - $81,805.00 per year
