RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists students using computerized testing including but not limited to those in Canvas, MyIT Lab and MyMath Lab.
- Assists with scheduling and administering standardized, credit-by-exam, certification, makeup and general classroom testing.
- Assists with training and supervising work/study students.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with students, faculty & staff and other stakeholders important to the college.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Special Assignments
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
KSA's/Required Qualifications
Ability to work mid-afternoon, evening, and Saturday hours required.
- Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate’s Degree.
- Computer experience, including word processing required.
- Position requires attention to detail, as well as maintaining confidentiality and security of all testing materials.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty and staff.
Additional Considerations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule preferred.
- Testing experience and/or training preferred.
- Community college experience preferred.
