```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into our POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Check on guests periodically to ensure their needs are met
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a server in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with Squirrel POS system is a plus
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tables
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
