Our firm handles Workers Compensation cases which involves handling court hearings and depositions, speaking with clients, writing appeals, etc.
Applicants should possess the following skills:
NYS Workers Compensation experience Preferred

*Demonstrated ability to work well under deadlines, oversee multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
*Strong interpersonal skills and in-person presence
*Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a professional phone manner
*Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
