Haunted Drive LLC is looking to hire Ticket Takers for the upcoming haunt season. Ticket Team members are required to scan customer’s tickets to authorize their entry into the haunt. If customers have physical tickets, the Ticket Taker is to obtain the tickets from the customer. The Ticket Takers will be the first point of contact for the customers, so they need to create a good first impression by being friendly, approachable, and providing good customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact and provide a positive customer entry experience.
- Scan every ticket presented by the customers to grant entry into the Haunt.
- Secure any physical tickets from the customers.
- Politely and professionally guide fans through the entry process correctly.
- Identify any issues and escalate them to the Manager(s).
- Maintain a professional customer-facing demeanor throughout your shift and be proactive to help a speedy and safe entry into the Haunt.
Requirements:
Must be 16 years of age.
- Due to the nature of the role being positive and upbeat is essential.
- Customer service experience desirable but not essential.
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Basic understanding of cell phones and/or scanners is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Must have dependable transportation.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
