Responsibilities
- Perform tire installations, rotations, alignments, and repairs with precision.
- Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to tires and vehicle performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire services.
- Assist in vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes and other routine services as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Lift heavy tires and equipment as required for service tasks.
- Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Experience
- Previous experience in tire service or automotive service is preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience working in a dealership or similar automotive environment is a plus.
