What You’ll Do
· Review, verify, and process mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
· Communicate with Underwriters and Loan Officers to gather necessary information and provide updates throughout the loan process
· Ensure all loans meet regulatory and company guidelines, maintaining a high standard of compliance and quality
· Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the processing phase, providing solutions and recommendations to keep the process on track
What You Bring to The Table
· Previous experience in mortgage processing or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is essential
· Have a keen eye for detail and a knack for catching discrepancies before they become problems
· Proficiency with mortgage processing software and standard office applications. Adaptability to new technologies is a must
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach
