Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Provide a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment for children.
- Engage with children in activities that encourage their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
- Observe and assess children's development to tailor educational approaches to individual needs.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their unique needs.
Skills
- Strong background in childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience in childcare or daycare settings is preferred.
