Rejoignez-nous au sein de la plateforme Train Control & Information Systems en tant que Services Manager et vous serez en charge de :
- Développer l’offre Train Control & Information Systems qui supporte la croissance du business Services au travers de :
- Renouvellements Technologiques
- Mises à niveau Technologiques
- Fonctionnalités et des services supplémentaires et innovants
- Soutenir les activités de développement commercial par :
- Les pièces de rechange, y compris les stratégies de maintien à long terme
- Modernisation du matériel roulant.
- Valider toutes les notifications de changement de statut du cycle de vie.
- Développer et valider les analyses de rentabilité (business cases) pour le renouvellement et la mise à niveau de la technologie et les demandes budgétaires associées.

Votre Profil :
Vous avez occupé un poste technique dans le secteur ferroviaire ou dans un secteur comparable au sein d'une organisation matricielle internationale (5 ans minimum). Vous y avez démontré votre respect du triangle QCD (Qualité, Coûts, Délais) et votre capacité à influencer les autres pour un processus de prise de décision partagé et réussi, en interface avec la direction générale. Vous avez une bonne connaissance des véhicules ferroviaires et des sous-systèmes et une très bonne connaissance du matériel roulant. Votre expérience dans la conception et l'industrialisation de systèmes électroniques est un plus. L'amélioration continue est au cœur de votre façon de travailler. Vous parlez anglais couramment et vous êtes ouverts à des déplacements.
