What You’ll Do ✨
As a Training Specialist, you’ll bring Kilwins magic to life—teaching new franchisees and team members how to run joyful, guest-focused stores. You’ll lead hands-on training sessions (think chocolate-making, fudge-paddling, ice cream scooping!) at Kilwins University and in-store environments.
You'll:
Be a Kilwins Ambassador, living our Core Values and spreading sweetness wherever you go.
Lead lively training sessions using our proven Kilwins Training System—in-person, virtually, and everything in between!
Master all things Kilwins—from operating systems to crafting picture-perfect caramel apples.
Create welcoming, engaging learning experiences—with patience, encouragement, and great communication.
Collaborate like a pro with our Franchise Relations and Education teams.
Manage training events like a boss: schedules, agendas, logistics—you’re on it!
Keep growing yourself and our brand by staying curious, innovative, and customer obsessed.
