Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Transformation PMO Analyst to support the success of our enterprise transformation initiatives. This role is critical to building, managing, and optimizing our transformation dashboards, performance metrics, reporting processes, and governance tools. You’ll play a key role in building actionable insights, driving executive-level reporting, and ensuring our tools, processes and cadence enable successful delivery across the transformation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dashboard Ownership & Reporting
- Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and detailed reporting in alignment with transformation goals.
- Translate complex program data into clear, concise insights for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing analysis of transformation progress.
- Governance
- Administer and configure the project tracking platform to align with organizational needs and evolving program requirements.
- Ensure governance standards, workflows, and templates are current and fully adopted.
- Provide support and training for users across the organization.
- Transformation Cadence Support
- Coordinate and support regular transformation cadence meetings (steering, workstream reviews, etc.).
- Ensure timely preparation of materials, data validation, and follow-up tracking.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting processes, and PMO tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices in transformation reporting and governance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a transformation office, PMO, or program analyst role.
- Demonstrated experience with project management tools like Shibumi, JIRA, Monday.com, Wave, Smartsheet, etc. including configuration and administration.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with large-scale transformation initiatives and performance management frameworks.
