About the role: The Service Transition Coordinator organizes and manages the various parts of the Service Transition managed services onboarding process to ensure its success. This impactful role provides key project management, operational, and administrative support to the Service Transition team and focuses on achieving specific deliverables, parts of projects, and/or sub-projects. The main contributions for the Service Transition Coordinator include scheduling, organizing, data gathering, progress updating, and recordkeeping. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for information technology, project management, and is highly organized, proactive, and a great multi-tasker who can work collaboratively across a diverse team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinating people and processes to ensure that our customers are transitioned on time.
  • Intake all executed agreements into the Service Transition queue including organizing all relevant documentation and collaboration systems needed for client managed services onboarding
  • Be the client’s first contact to Dataprise and the Service Transition team – welcoming and thanking them for choosing Dataprise.
  • Creating ITGlue accounts for clients and internal resources.
  • Set up new clients in ITGlue.
  • Coordinate Offboarding efforts to remove toolsets and turn off services when a contract cancels.
  • Manage small managed-services onboarding projects that may not require ongoing project meetings with clients (renewals, upgrades, downgrades, etc.)
  • Ensuring the success of the customer through the entire transition process using the framework and processes.
  • Communicating to customers and the internal Dataprise teams following the Dataprise Transition Communication Plan.
  • Effectively applying the Dataprise Customer Transition Framework and adhering to project standards.
  • Ensuring project artifacts are complete, accurate, and stored appropriately.
  • Working to continually increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Other duties as required

What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

  • 1-2 years of related project coordination experience.
  • Demonstrated, proven, and polished "soft skills" including:
    • Diplomacy and ability to navigate challenging situations
    • Strength and confidence
    • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English
  • An aptitude for technology and an understanding of data center and cloud technologies
  • Well-versed in stakeholder management with an ability to get the right recommendations into the right hands to ensure timely completion and executive buy-in
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to conduct research into project and portfolio management issues and products as required
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
  • Expertise with Office 365 products, specifically SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Experience working in cross functional teams
  • Experience with ConnectWise preferred
  • Bachelors degree in a technical or business area is preferred.

Compensation:

  • We have a comprehensive Compensation Management System which establishes the guidelines we use in making compensation decisions and is comprised of compensation policies, salary structures, salary grades, incentive target guidelines, job descriptions, and career charts.
  • This position’s Salary Range is: $45,000-$50,000 (NOTE: this is the range at the national average level; specific salaries offered will be adjusted higher/lower due to the local labor market of the candidate).
