The Role:
We're looking for a Transportation Aide to help our incredible residents get to and from appointments, errands, and off-site activities—safely, comfortably, and with a smile. This job is for someone who:
- Drives safely and confidently!
- Can help with basic care needs (CNA preferred, not required)
- Loves a good chat, a great story, and making someone’s day
- Thrives on organization and teamwork
- Brings kindness, patience, and a positive attitude to every ride
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Safely operating a transport van with wheelchair lift (on the job training provided!)
- Assisting residents during appointments and outings
- Managing receipts and small errands like lab runs or shopping
- Coordinating trips for maximum efficiency
- Occasionally saving the day with a flexible schedule when needed
Your Schedule:
Typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional trips outside that window. You’ll appreciate the routine—but still enjoy the variety.

Requirements:
- Valid PA driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA certification preferred but not required
- CPR certification (or willing to get it)
