We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care facility team. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, assist with daily health management, and support the interdisciplinary team in promoting a safe and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the care plan
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to RN/Physician
- Document care, observations, and interventions accurately
- Assist residents with daily living activities while ensuring dignity and respect
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and families to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- Active LPN License in AK
- 1+ year of experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Travel nursing
Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
