About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Traveling Foreman to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with limited construction experience who is eager to learn and grow into a leadership role. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), has strong communication skills, and enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and eventually oversee daily job site operations across multiple locations
- Communicate clearly with crew members, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Communicate and report daily with property management
- Help maintain safety, quality, and schedule standards
- Assist in managing materials, tools, and site logistics
- Participate in daily reporting and documentation
- Travel regularly to project sites as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness and availability to travel for work
- Minimal construction experience required — training will be provided
- Eagerness to grow into a leadership role
