Your Role & Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, overcoming barriers and guiding patients toward acceptance.
- Discuss procedures, timelines, and payment options with empathy and professionalism.
- Build rapport with patients by engaging, listening, and showing genuine care.
- Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment and keep case acceptance on track.
- Work closely with the front office and clinical teams to provide a seamless patient experience.
- Utilize Dentrix Ascend to manage treatment plans, notes, and follow-up communications.
Schedule Options
We are currently hiring two Treatment Coordinators with complementary shifts:
Treatment Coordinator #1
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (11.5 hrs with lunch)
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (6 hrs)
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (7.5 hrs with lunch)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (6 hrs)
Weekly Total: ~31 hrs
Treatment Coordinator #2
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (11.5 hrs with lunch)
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (11.5 hrs with lunch)
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (7.5 hrs with lunch)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (6 hrs, off every 1st Saturday of the month)
Weekly Total: ~36.5 hrs (30.5 hrs when 1st Saturday off)
What We’re Looking For
- Salesmanship is key: Ability to sell treatment confidently and engage patients with ease.
- No shy or timid personalities: You must be personable, approachable, and persuasive.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or case presentation is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend is a strong plus (but training available).
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- A motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
