Duties and Responsibilities IncludeEssential Duties:
- Cuts away decayed and excess branches from trees
- Remove trees
- Supervises others engaged in tree trimming work
- Removes trees and shrubs
- Clean up debris and jobsite
- Duties and responsibilities may change with or without notice
- Proficient in proper tree groundwork, including but not limited to basic tree pruning and tree removal
- Must be able to complete a proficiency test consisting of climbing and knot tying
- Demonstrate an understanding of the safe handling and operation of chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record per Company requirements
- Knowledge of essential job functions and responsibilities

- Ability to problem solve
- Meet all physical requirements of the position
- Pass all drug and alcohol screens as required by Company policy and, if applicable, required by DOT regulations
- Pass a background check
- 18 years of age or older, or 21 if CDL is required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Clean professional appearance
- Respectful behavior
