Overview
NSF is currently looking for an unarmed officer for a residential property. The Officer will be patrolling in a residential neighborhood from 8am-12 noon, and then again from 10pm-2am or midnight -4am. This is a full time position that consist of 4hrs in the morning and 4hrs at night.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and facilities to ensure safety compliance.
- Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
