We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Assist in conflict management situations to de-escalate potential issues.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigations or reports.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences in detail.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques is advantageous.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of CCTV operations and surveillance techniques is a plus.
- Strong conflict management skills are essential for effectively handling challenging situations.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while making sound decisions quickly.
