Role Overview

  • We're looking for a US Paid Media Growth Specialist who knows that launching a campaign is only the beginning. The real opportunity lies in understanding the numbers, finding what works, and making every optimization count.
  • Working with one of our US-based clients, you'll manage paid advertising campaigns from setup and launch through performance monitoring, budget management, optimization, and reporting.
  • You'll work closely with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities, improve campaign efficiency, and turn advertising data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across relevant advertising platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets and monitor advertising spend against targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance, including cost per lead, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and advertising performance.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign trend research.
  • Perform A/B testing of audiences, ad creatives, targeting, and campaign strategies.
  • Prepare accurate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve ad creative performance and audience targeting.
  • Monitor underperforming campaigns and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Track campaign results against agreed objectives and implement performance improvements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in paid media campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and tracking campaign performance.
  • Ability to analyse campaign metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with remote teams.
  • Willingness to use AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Amazon Ads.
  • Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience managing multiple paid advertising campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience collaborating with US-based marketing teams or international clients.

Work Details
  • Work Location: 100% Remote / Work From Home.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Working Hours: Night-shift - US Eastern Time.
  • Client Location: United States.
