We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform various custodial tasks efficiently. The Porter will ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a clean environment.
- Buff floors and perform detailed cleaning as needed to enhance the appearance of facilities.
- Assist with window tinting services as required, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct car wash services, ensuring vehicles are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues to management.
- Drive company vehicles as necessary for transporting items or assisting with various tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Strong custodial skills with attention to detail in cleaning practices.
- Ability to operate buffing machines and other cleaning equipment effectively.
- Experience in window tinting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in car wash techniques and customer service interactions.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
