Summary
We are seeking a skilled Utility Operator to join our team at Felker Bros. Corp. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Located in the United States, this role is essential to our mission of delivering high-quality stainless-steel products.
Responsibilities
- Immersion pickling of product to ensure passivation and rinsing product to prevent contamination
- Program printer with specified nomenclature to assure correct product identification
- Operate Hydro-Test equipment to ASTM specifications
- Operate Eddy Current test equipment to Eddy Current Level I certification
- Inspection of product to known quality standards
- Manually or by powered material handling equipment, move materials, supplies or product to designated areas in the facility, yard or trucks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Utility Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
