As we grow, we’re looking for a driven and detail-focused Vehicle Wrap Client Coordinator to help create a seamless and elevated customer experience from start to finish.
About the Role
The Vehicle Wrap Client Coordinator is the heart of our customer journey—serving as the first impression, sales advocate, and quality checkpoint throughout the wrap process. You’ll manage client interactions, assist in booking and follow-ups, coordinate design handoffs, and perform basic visual QC checks at drop-off and pick-up.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, loves working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Communication
- Greet clients and answer calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide wrap process details, answer FAQs, and guide new clients through the service offerings
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and appointments via phone, email, or text
Sales Support
- Confidently engage walk-in clients and convert inquiries into bookings
- Upsell additional services (e.g., ceramic coating, window tinting) when applicable
- Assist with in-store and phone-based sales conversations
Admin & Coordination
- Input project details and updates into our management system
- Relay wrap job specs to the design/project management team
- Track and document approvals, files, and communication
- Assist with client updates throughout the project timeline
- Confirm bookings and maintain an organized calendar
Vehicle QC & Wrap Prep
- Perform a visual vehicle check at drop-off (document condition, take photos, confirm cleanliness)
- Conduct a final QC walkthrough at pick-up (check for bubbles, lift points, alignment)
- Communicate any concerns or red flags to the team before vehicle release
- Ensure all handoff paperwork and updates are complete

- Have strong attention to detail and can spot visual flaws or missing info
- Stay calm and organized in a busy shop environment
- Know how to follow up, follow through, and support both the client and the internal team
- Have experience in customer service, sales, or admin (bonus if in wraps, auto, or design)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
