POSITION SUMMARY:
Pepper Moon is seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to join our Venue Operations Crew. This role is responsible for the physical setup, cleanliness, and operational readiness of two assigned venues while supporting other locations as needed. You’ll lead venue prep efforts, direct setup crews, and take pride in making sure each space is ready for a seamless event.

SCHEDULE:
Varied, based upon the events scheduled each week. Weekdays, weekends, or evenings may be required based upon volume of business during heavy times (spring and fall).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute physical setup and breakdown at assigned venues based on event documentation
- Direct and assist additional crew members to complete tasks efficiently ·
- Maintain overall venue cleanliness and functionality, including trash removal, restrooms, floors, windows, prep kitchen, outdoor areas, and common spaces
- Maintain the venue’s organization and tidiness, including equipment storage and supply tracking ·
- Perform minor repairs and routine upkeep; report larger maintenance concerns
- Pick up and deliver event equipment, linens, décor, cleaning supplies and other materials regularly ·
- Operate pressure washer, leaf blower, vacuum, carpet cleaner, scissor lift, utility vehicle, trailer, and other tools (training provided)
- Place linens and décor to ensure event spaces are staged to spec
- Other functions as required to meet the needs of Pepper Moon and its venue

Qualifications: ·
- Prior experience in event setup, facilities, or maintenance preferred
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Ale to work outdoors in all varying conditions and maintain positive energy
- Comfortable with or willing to learn how to operate maintenance tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required with ability to travel to and from Greensboro, High Point and Summerfield area.
- Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and early/late hours depending on events
