Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Versatile Fabricator with a strong background in metalworking, custom fabrication, and precision tooling. You’ll be responsible for helping produce high-quality parts and assemblies used across the medical, military, automotive, and aerospace sectors.
This is a dynamic role for someone with a wide skill set in fabrication who enjoys working in a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Set up and operate a range of fabrication equipment (e.g., press brakes, shears, welders, saws, grinders, etc.)
- Assist with assembly and fitment of precision metal stampings and die components
- Collaborate with the engineering and tooling teams to ensure accuracy
- Maintain high standards of quality control and safety protocols
- Help troubleshoot and optimize setups for short-run or custom builds
- Perform light welding, grinding, or polishing as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on fabrication experience (metal or precision preferred)
- Comfortable operating manual and semi-automated shop tools
- Ability to read blueprints and work from minimal instructions
- Experience with tool & die, metal stamping, or custom builds a plus
- Welding (MIG/TIG) experience is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
