The Vice President of Marketing will drive growth by understanding and segmenting our markets, driving product management strategies and working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization to connect us more to new revenue opportunities, and deliver them with consistently high quality and productivity.
This role oversees all growth-related initiatives, inbound and outbound marketing, including branding, lead generation, digital marketing, and client engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader with experience scaling marketing organizations and delivering measurable results.
NOTE: We are NOT seeking agency or search firm assistance with this role.
- Leads the Strategic Plan for the business.
- Partners with VP of Business Development to identify attractive growth segments, and to identify and cultivate acquisition targets, and is a key lead in acquisition integration work.
- Identifies and makes the case for expansion into new service categories, geographic expansion, density increases.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to position GeoStabilization International as a market leader and trusted partner in construction services.
Inbound and Outbound Marketing
- Lead outbound marketing initiatives such as trade shows, direct mail, events, and account-based marketing (ABM) to engage prospects and build relationships.
- Design and oversee inbound marketing programs, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation to generate qualified leads.
- Partner with sales to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business development efforts, optimizing lead conversion and pipeline growth.
Brand Development and Management
- Elevate the company’s brand presence through compelling storytelling, consistent messaging, and impactful design.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld across all communication channels and materials.
Digital and Data-Driven Marketing
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing performance, assess ROI, and inform decision-making.
- Oversee the adoption and use of marketing technologies, including CRM and automation platforms, to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Team Building and Leadership
- Evangelizes disciplined growth tools and frameworks across the organization.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Establish clear KPIs and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to supplement internal resources and capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing-related or similar.
- MBA, master’s in marketing or other advanced degree preferred.

Key Experiences:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles, preferably in B2B industries such as construction, engineering, or professional services.
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies in a multi-brand environment that drives measurable business outcomes.
- Experience building and scaling marketing organizations, including recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top talent.
- Demonstrated success in leading growth functions through pre- and post-integration projects.
- Background in engineering industries such as technology, manufacturing, or services is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Experience leading and influencing organizations directly and indirectly. Proven track record of inspiring and motivating cross functional teams toward common goals.
- Proven experience as a product manager, finding market segments that allow B2B sales of hard, manufactured products to businesses. We are looking for a track record of product management, growth strategies, and a history of helping create growth strategies to targeted B2B segments through product management.

Additional requirements:
- Role is located in our HQ in Westminster, CO and offers a hybrid-remote structure allowing remote work on Mondays and Fridays, but in office Tuesday-Thursday.
