Children's Health and the Joint Pediatric Enterprise (JPE) seek an exceptional leader to drive our strategic vision of becoming a top ten children's hospital as defined by U.S. News and World Report (USNWR) national rankings. This Vice President will lead enterprise-wide efforts to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to secure and sustain top ten USNWR designation. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to achieve top ten USNWR children's hospital designation, engaging executive leadership teams, marketing, and physicians across Children's Health and UT Southwestern
Team Management : Lead a specialized team with backgrounds in nursing, quality, analytics, and project management while directing multiple cross-functional teams system-wide
Performance Analytics : Collaborate with data intelligence teams to implement analytical dashboards and present key metrics to the USNWR JPE Executive Steering Committee and Board of Directors
Survey Management : Oversee the complete annual USNWR survey submission process, working with executive leaders to interpret questions and review responses
Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as relationship executive to USNWR account manager and represent the organization at regional and national USNWR conferences
Committee Leadership : Lead all USNWR JPE Executive Steering Committee meetings, preparing agendas and materials
Subject Matter Expertise : Maintain deep understanding of USNWR survey metrics, annual revisions, score drivers, and industry best practices Required Qualifications
Experience : Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration
USNWR Expertise : At least 5 years of progressive USNWR survey experience and submission leadership
Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability working cross-organizationally, leading initiatives, and influencing diverse stakeholder groups through change processes
Analytical Skills : Proven ability to analyze complex organizational data and translate into actionable recommendations and strategies
Education : Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Process Improvement, Nursing, Quality, or similar field (or equivalent experience) What We Offer
