We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Telehealth Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and scheduling patients for a very high volume practice. Position to include managing administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer support. This position requires strong clerical skills, effective time management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Duties
- Provide central administrative support in responding immediately to emails and phone calls.
- Perform processing and scheduling of new patients. Duties data entry, and document management.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and provide timely and excellent customer service.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Serve as a virtual receptionist greeting patients and managing appointment schedules.
- Utilize bilingual skills to assist diverse clientele effectively (if applicable).
Skills
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient typing skills for efficient documentation and communication.
- Experience in customer support roles with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and office procedures.
