We are looking for a reliable virtual assistant to provide high-quality administrative support for day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize various administrative tasks. This is a 1099 contractor role and should generally require less than 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Job Responsibilities
This role will support the leadership team at GGG, including the owner, the partnerships director, and the financial lead. Some sample tasks are as follows:
- Respond to emails, phone calls, job applications, etc.
- Schedule meetings and manage the owner’s calendar
- Create meeting agendas and write official, company-wide correspondence
- Run Salesforce reports as needed
- Conduct market research to support business projects and growth strategies
- Provide bookkeeping support as needed
- Perform data entry and data mining tasks
- Assist with job postings and applicant communications across multiple channels
Qualifications/Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or other executive administrative support role
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and G Suite
- Experience with online meeting software (like Zoom)
- Proficient with online calendars and scheduling (like Calendly or Google Calendar)
- Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
- BONUS: Working knowledge of Salesforce
- SUPER BONUS: Strong working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
