We are seeking a Virtual Help Desk Agent to join our team at Tech Info Group, LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers in a virtual environment. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the help desk ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team members for further assistance
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
The pay range for this role is:
28 - 34 USD per hour(Remote (Louisville, Kentucky, US))
