Warehouse Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. This position involves various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as dollies and pallet lift to move products safely and efficiently.
• Pull and build furniture for customer's deliveries.
• Must be able to use power tools with delicate hands for builds.
• Manage inventory levels accurately using a Warehouse Management System.
• Pick orders accurately and prepare them for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
• Assist with stock replenishment and ensure proper storage of goods.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving building, inventory management or order picking.
• Able to touch up imperfections in case goods.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks as required.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and workflow improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
