MAMAGREEN is a distributor of premium, sustainable outdoor furniture. We are passionate about design, quality, and outdoor living, and are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Richmond, VA distribution center.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assist our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory, overseeing shipping and receiving, coordinating LTL freight bookings, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment through our Warehouse Management System and Shopify platform.
Responsibilities
● Oversee receiving, unloading, verifying, and stocking of incoming shipments
● Manage picking, staging, packing, and shipping of parcel and freight orders (including LTL bookings)
● Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS and Shopify
● Perform regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
● Fulfill internal requests for marketing and product sample materials
● Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures
● Support operations team with additional projects as needed
● Experience integrating Shopify with external WMS platforms, especially for inventory syncing, is preferred.
Qualifications
● 3+ years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics (furniture industry a plus)
● Experience with WMS, Microsoft Office, and Shopify (Fishbowl experience a plus)
● Knowledge of LTL freight booking and carrier coordination
● Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently and show initiative
● Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
● High school diploma or equivalent required
Requirements
● Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50lbs safely and repeatedly (heavier items with assistance)
● Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and other physical activity in warehouse setting
● Forklift operation experience preferred (certification provided if needed)
● Background check and reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
